Rogerthorpe Manor Engagement Photography - Pontefract Wedding Photographer

Yesterday in the absolutely awesome weather and really super cloudy blue sky I met up with Kim & Steve at Rogerthorpe Manor in Pontefract (the place really was looking fab and after speaking with the gardeners they mentioned they treat the grounds as if they are their own, such pride in their work too)

Really really loved the light (its all about the light) and as I had loads of clouds around to diffuse the sun there was no chance of hard shadows created from lack of cloud (enough geek talk Kev)

We went straight into some shots and this time it was Steve that was slightly nervous (think he enjoyed the day though after plenty of cheeky kisses with Kim). There really is loads of places at Rogerthorpe in and even out of the grounds for awesome wedding shots, love the corn field attached at the side plus the view from down on the road (just got to dodge a few cars though but defo worth it)

After we had some shots in the bag (or cameras) we sat down outside enjoying the gorgeous weather to discuss wedding plans and ideas for formal and family style shots, it really was great to meet these guys yesterday and absolutely can't wait for the wedding day (can we get weather like yesterday on the day please)

Some highlights from yesterdays fun at Rogerthorpe Manor with Kimster & Steve(austin)
