Doncaster Wedding Photographer - Jayne & Nick

Yesterday was an absolutely awesome day with blue sky and beautiful white cloud up above and we were at a church we visited over 3 years ago (where back then we had snow everywhere) plus The Crown at Bawtry Doncaster (for the reception) for Jayne & Nick's fun wedding celebrations.

Me (Kev) & Jordan (video man) started at Jayne's mums house capturing all the getting ready vibes with all the fun loving bridesmaids, Jayne & her mum (gorgeous house hun) plus the brother nipping in for a check up. Yesterday we also met the most amazing make up artist Stacey McDonald (click the link to view her fb page, we have actually seen her in action last year for Emma & Peter's wedding at The Stables Doncaster)

After some fun with all the girls plus dad's arrival we set off to the church to capture some shots of everybody arriving in the beautiful weather with their smiley faces. The lady vicar was quick to catch up with us as soon as she saw us with her do's & dont's, she even had me walking through some kind of rehearsal before the bride arrived!!!! 😂 Really didn't think there was any need for this plus a few comments she made about how she would stop the service if I did anything wrong and say in front of everybody it was my fault she had stopped the service! A bit extreme to say the least! Never to put off by dodgy vicars though we just set about capturing all the fun as we do so well!

After the service and some congratulations type shots outside the church we persuaded everybody to carry on the fun across the road where we could capture some formal shots plus stacks of fun like you do, as we knew The Crown in Bawtry had minimal space for shots as its more or less in a town area! (lovely place though and we did notice a cornfield just down the road and was super tempted to get the bride & groom back out but time just runs away with you)
