We absolutely are loving shooting more and more properties all around the Yorkshire areas now and a few Estate Agents have us as their preferred property photographer (we also have to phone one of the directors of a major player in the property sales world tomorrow as they have expressed an interest in using us, can't say im not nervous for that call, hopefully they will give us a chance to shoot some of their gorgeous properties for sale) 😆

Every time I arrange a property shoot from the initial order right down to when I attend I really do treat them all the same and I also really think you can't pretend to be something your not, anybody that does know me will know I am super friendly and I love getting to know the homeowners and their journey and how long they have been in the property

Just this last week too we shot our first few properties for Earnshaw Kay and the first one we did at 3 Church Lane Mirfield after speaking to the homeowner a few days later told me she had 15 viewers in the last 3 days and the house now has the SOLD sign on literally after a week! If you really do want to SELL your house I will always say that having gorgeous, vibrant and bright images with super straight verticals (thats our ocd) will get couples through your door and then the house will sell itself!
